Ansticewood
A downloadable game
Ansticewood is a forested fantasy agnostic microsetting made with the intention of being able to be used for whatever fantasy TTRPG system most appeals to you. On 16 pages across 8 spreads, this setting is inspired by old fairytales and folktales: a forest trapped in a constant season of spring and ruled over by the Evil Queen, faefolk are persecuted and tyranny rules this land.
This document includes the following:
- Brief summaries of certain locations
- Elements of lore that help structure the setting
- Brief overviews of NPCs
- A mechanic that can be used in your games
- Roll tables for particular regions of the Ansticewood
The Ansticewood microsetting is meant to be built upon in whichever ways best suit your game! Additionally, more Ansticewood content may be released in the future.
